Technical
Department
will
design
the
equipment
required
to
construct
the
project.
Drawing
and
quantity
lists
will
be
supplied
detailing
the
layout
of
the
panels.
FOR
CRANE
HANDLED
GANGFORM
SYSTEM
-
The panels are laid out on a flat surface and joined will wedge sets.
-
Tubes and/or channels are attached to the panels with "B" clamps or "C" clamps.
-
The assembled gangform is lifted into position either manually or with a crane.
-
Ties are inserted through the tie holes, the plastic tube having been cut to the correct length in accordance with the width of the concrete wall to be poured.
-
Push-pull props are secured to the ground and to the gangform and are adjusted to achieve accurate vertical plumbing.
